This movie was around 1982...It stared a cop (i think)who got hit by a meteor or something and somehow got these powers....but he would instantly lose his powers when he saw the color red. the only thing I can remember was one part he was running really fast then he saw the color red and like ran into a wall...also another part was near the end of the movie when he used his powers to levetate something like hand-cuffs or something like that...So if you know the name of the movie please e-mail me at or . I don't know the name of the movie, but the plot was about an astronaut who's visor failed and who looked directly into the sun during a radiation storm. Afterwards, he gained enhanced abilities based on the amount of sunlight he viewed: some sunlight (a "green" rating) would enhance his physical attributes; more (a "blue" rating) would enhance his mental faculties; too much (a "red" rating) and he would begin overloading and would eventually die. He had a device with him that measuered the amount of sunlight and provided a rating. He wore specially coated glasses to block out the radiation that triggered his abilities.
