the phoenix game is too fast to my comp. is there a way to slow it down?

is there a way to make the screan bigger?

Unfortunately the answer to both of these questions is no. Computer technology is leaping ahead to fast for these older games.

The best solution to your problem is MAME.  Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator.  Get it and the Phoenix ROM at and play to your hearts content.  In fact, the faster your machine, the better it runs!
