This is what I found on Yahoo! Movies.  Hope it helps!!   I remember that movie and the song was great!!!  though I don't remember who sung it...    Lenny Von Dohlen I think is the guy with glasses, right?  the cute but nerdy type?  blue eyes?

Synopsis
The story of a young man who falls in love with his beautiful upstairs neighbor. The only problem is that his computer shares his taste in women, and will do anything to have her to "himself." Features original songs performed by Giorgio Moroder, Jeff Lynne, Phil Oakey, Heaven 17, and Boy George and Culture Club.

what movie is the song called "together in electric dreams" from.......is it simply called Electric Dreams or does it have another title....??? Please help...I'm desperate to find out!
