Problem: Some people have reported problems with the Nintendo Emulator saying missing Dinput.dll.
Answer: Dinput.dll is a Microsoft Windows DirectX File. You can get it off the Microsoft Windows CD, the Microsoft Web Site or at http://www.freewarefiles.com/category/library.htm
