	It could be a version by Peter Baumann who used to be in the band Tangerine Dream. He went solo and released an album with Strangers in the Night as the title track in '83. I found this info from CDNow.com

	Back in 82-83, there was a remake of the song "Strangers in the Night". It was heavy with synth. and totally had an 80's sound. I remember seeing it on a local video station at the same time as Peter Schilling's 'Major Tom' and Rick Sprinfield's 'Human Touch'. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
